How to snap in a store

Over the week i decided i  want  a Kingdom Hearts 2 game for ps2 so i  buy the game and its broken, and you know what i lost the receipt so i  go to  return the game and the people in the store says they cant take it back,i was in the store maybe 4 hours ago. Here's some good tips on how to snap in a store. First  raise your voice so that many people can here you, second ask to see the manager then present  the broken object and tell them that you were there maybe 4 hours ago and the person that cheeked you out is still on the cash register,. (helpful hints do not say I'm going to  blow this f**k**g store up) Third make sure to brang an witness.When you see the manager tell them that if you don't get  some results in the next 3 minutes you will raise more  hell then hell raiser.
When all else falls just buy a new one and switch the games and take it  back the broken copy.
